These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aflo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Aflo website (aflo.ai) and any related services, applications, and platforms (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aflo is an AI-powered booking assistant that helps users make restaurant reservations and entertainment bookings across multiple platforms. Our Service acts as an intelligent companion that searches, monitors, and completes bookings on your behalf through third-party platforms including but not limited to Resy, OpenTable, Yelp, and other booking services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aflo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aflo. This includes our logo, brand name, and any visual design elements associated with our Service.
4. User Representations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, current, and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Service
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence
- You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, except as expressly permitted
- You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation
5. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Service.
You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us. You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or content from the Service without written permission
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users

8. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party booking platforms to complete reservations on your behalf. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services through our platform is subject to those services' own terms of service and privacy policies. We do not guarantee the availability of reservations through any third-party platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aflo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Aflo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that reservations will always be available or successfully completed.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
